Shipping information for the Aurymed series Shipping costs and information: By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. We only ship insured with a tracking number. You will be informed of this. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is by DPD, UPS, DHL or a forwarding agent. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below. If you wish to have it shipped to another country, please send us an email (aurymed@aurymed.de) before placing your order and tell us the item, the quantity, the delivery address, the country and the relevant postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance. Worldwide Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please ask for the shipping costs separately by email. I. Shipping within Germany: For shipping within the German mainland, we charge a flat rate of EUR 5.00 per order. When shipping to German islands, we charge an island surcharge of EUR 0.00 via DHL (other shippers please ask). From a gross order value of 150.00 euros we ship free of charge.
In the case of cash on delivery, we also charge a standard fee of EUR 6.90.

Cash on delivery You pay upon delivery to the transport company commissioned by us, which is authorized to receive the amount of money to be paid by you. Please note that we also charge a standard cash on delivery fee of EUR 6.90 for cash on delivery. 3. Cash payment upon collection You collect the goods from us yourself and pay in cash on site. We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection.
